CAF echoes its support for Morroco 2026 World Cup bid
The Confederation of African Football through it president, Ahmed has given Morroco the green light in it bid for 2026 World Cup. The President has gone ahead to call on Europe to vote for Morocco and
promised to return the favor when any of it nations decide to bid for similar position in the near future. Africa remains the second biggest confederation in the world. Ahmad is of view that after hosting South Africa 2010, the facilities and the benefits emanating from such tournaments, Africa is ever ready to host the rest of the world again. His comments after he was conferred with an honorary Doctorate Degree by the University of Professional Studies in Accra, Ghana.
