Abeiku Jackson makes History in Bahamas

Abeiku Gyekye Jackson has made history at the Commonwealth Youth Games 2017 in Bahamas, he qualified for 3 finals in the competition he took part in and they are ; 50m butterfly, 50m freestyle and the was a standby finalist in the 100m freestyle too as well because he placed 11th out of 35 swimmers. Abeiku, who is the national swimming champion at 50m freestyle and 50m butterfly did himself and Ghana proud by dropping off some of his times at the games too. In the 50m freestyle finals he dropped off his times too were he entered into the race with a time of 24.30s but he did 23.75s in the finals to place 7th. In the 50m butterfly event too he was in the finals were he placed 5th with an entry time of 25.12s and the mens 100m butterfly heats, Abeiku Jackson placed 3rd in Heat 2 with an entry time of 57.92s but dropped it to 56.93s and that propelled him to be a stand by finalist in Bahamas. In all he showed why he is the best swimmer from Ghana because at the last games he was ranked  9th best swimmer in Commonwealth Youth Games but this time around he came so close thats the 5th ranked best swimmer in the Commonwealth Youth Games 2017 in Bahamas. He went there without his coach but was able to swim confidently and we say Ayekoo to Abeiku Gyekye Jackson for his prowess in water and May the sky be his limit. Kudos to Theophilus Wilson Edzie for the updates too.
