Maxwell Kojo Yanka says the Minister is to be blamed if Black Stars don't qualify to Russia

Maxwell Yanka who is the western regional association chairman said the treatment of the minister towards the GFA and the GFA president is the cause of the owes of the Black Stars.  In an interview with Happy FM he said according to him the main committee of the ministry shadowed the GFA president which has been a wrong move by Nii Lante Vanderpye. And nobody should blame the coach but rather the ministry for the treatment given to the GFA president and not also consulting the GFA before making decisions. The only way to change things is to bury the hatchet with the GFA president and involve him in all the dealings of the ministry. 
  I wonder how one man can be a tumbling block to the success Of the Black Stars.
