Majeed Waris hails Kwesi Appiah's philosophy over Grant's performance.

The goal pocher, Majeed waa disappointed been booted out by Avarm Grant without any concrete reason  but He said that's football and that's how things turn out sometimes.  In an interaction with the media he said "Kwesi Appiah is a very Coach and every player wants to play under a Coach who trusts in him. And I think Kwesi Appiah trusts alot in my potential. Kwasi Appiah style of play is phenomenal and he has planted into the team the Ghanaian culture and way of doing things off and on the pitch".
  Waris applauded the speculation hinting the Return of Kwadwo Asamoah and called him a professional and a senior player who can teach the new players alot as time elapses. Majeed Waris  controversially hailed current Ghana coach Kwasi Appiah as a better coach than his predecessor Avram Grant.
He said “Yes, Kwesi Appiah is a better coach because he has been scoring and that is what everyone wants. Although I don't like comparing Coaches because each have their own philosophy which may work or fail so it's a 50/50 affair. But to be honest if am to choose,  then I will go for Kwesi Appiah over Avarm Grant because Kwesi trusts me but Avarm doesn't ".
  The Lorient forward expressed approval of the Black Stars 5-0 mauling of the walia Antelopes of Ethiopia in the opening group stage match for qualification into Afcon 2019.
