Honourable Freda Prempeh, Parliamentry Select Committee on Sports Appeal to the GFA and The Sports Ministry

Speaking to the image sports she said "the Black maidens have really done well despite poor preparations for the tournament they had a good team spirit to fight back and qualify into the quarter finals after humiliation to Japan. Therefore it's the responsibility of the sports ministry to pay all arrears they owe the players and also motivate them to chock greater success and fight for the ultimate prize". She advised Nii Lante Vanderpuye and the sports ministry to do more for the ladies in terms of sponsorship and co just like they do for the Black stars.
She said Kudos to the Black maidens, the head coach and his technical team.
