Fomer Medeama SC coach Tom Markus Strand has emerged as the clear frontrunner to take over at Accra Hearts of Oak

The Swede has been on the radar of the Accra-based side for some time now and with his great experience in the Ghana league, he is heavily favoured than other candidates, including current interim coach Yaw Preko.
Strand, who resigned as Medeama SC coach in July with claims that his plans had been disrupted by an off-field technical issue with then technical Evan Adotey, has enjoyed and extended holiday in his native country and is keen to return to work in the Ghana Premier league.
The 35 year old former Bechem United manager is expected to arrive in Ghana in coming weeks to complete a deal with the Rainbow colors . Phobia  never say die
