Black Stars Beat Congo 3-2
Jordan Ayew scored a late goal to help the Black Star beat the Red
Devils of Congo in a friendly international game in Brazzavile for the
commissioning of their new 60,000 capacity stadium.
The Black Stars got the first goal after Babele scored an own goal on the 17th minute and Richmond Boakye Yiadom increased the tally two minutes later.
However, the Congolese side fought back strongly and equalised.
Jordan, after coming off the bench, grabbed the match winner for the Black Stars.
The Black Stars play the Amavubi of Rwanda on the 5th of September in Kigali in the 2017 AFCON qualifier clash.
