Mbappé wins the best young player of the tournament.
France lifted the World Cup for the second time in history at a final in Moscow, Luzhaiki Stadium. The Les Bleus team joins the list of countries like Brazil, Germany, Italy, Argentina and Uruguay who have all won two World Cup each.
The tournament ended with Kylian Mbappé winning the Best U21 player of the tournament (Best young player) for his tremendous and dazzling display during the tournament. The midfield maestro, Luka Modric felt compensated for his loss with the Golden Ball award (player of the tournament) with Harry Kane netting six goals to take home the Golden Ball and Thibaut Courtois of Belgium also winning the Golden Gloves.
Congratulations to Russia for organising one of the Best World Cups in History.
