The captain Of the Black Stars calls for respect for Uganda
The skipper of the side Captain Asamoah Gyan was in a press conference before the game today, he praised Avarm Grant of been a great teacher and a motivator off and on the field. "A win today will bring back our confidence because we have had a tough preparation in a positive way, experience and quality will have a great say in the game against the Cranes. We have a strong team and we will try to win to help encourage the new faces in the team. With great respect for Uganda, although we all know statistically we are a better side, the opposition team has been great in recent matches and are on good form. A win for Uganda will make the media go wild but a win for us will be normal, and that explains the weight on our shoulders", he explained at the press conference.
The Black Stars of Ghana will go head to head with the Cranes of Uganda. With great support from the Ghanaian side we hope for a win today
