LAILA WERBURI PLACES 7TH IN BREAST STROKE COMPETITION

Ghanaian swimmer Laila Werburi Zangwio was in the pool this morning at the ongoing 17th World Swimming Championship in Budapest and she competed in the 50m breast stroke heat 2. She was in lane 6 but at the end of the race she placed 7th out of 9 swimmers with a time of 42.03s. The Championship will end on 30th of July 2017 and the team will leave immediately home after that but they have the President of the Swimming Association in Ghana there with them thus Theophilus Wilson Edzie.
