CAF MATCH OFFICIALS READY TO USE VAR AT THE AFCON IN EGYPT

The International Football Association Board (IFAB) technical Director David Elleray, CAF Referee and VAR Instructor Jerome Damon and FIFA referee Joshua Bondo are confident that come the knockout phase of the African Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament in Egypt in July, the African match officials will be ready to implement the Video Assistant Referee (VAR).
