BLACK STARS SHOOT INTO SEMI-FINALS

The 2017 WAFU Cup of Nations witnessed the second round of Group A matches and produced our first semifinalist with Ghana beating Mali 1-0 at Cape Coast Sports Stadium on Saturday, 16 September 2017.

Winnful Cobbina scored one of the goals of the tournament when his 22-yard rocket found the corner of the net to hand the Black Stars the victory and their second win in the group stages of the tournament.
