CONQUERORS BLOW HURRICANES AWAY IN RUGBY CHAMPIONSHIP FINAL

Conquerors SC, has emerged winners of the just ended 2015/16 GRCC after beating Dansoman Hurricanes RFC at the final on Saturday 20th of February 2016 at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Hurricanes saw their team conquered by the Conquerors in a margin of 28 – 3 after the final whistle.

The two who happens to be among the four strongest clubs in this season of the GRCC gave each other a hard time with quality Rugby beyond expectations to the admiration of the supporters.

The

Winners of the championship, Conquerors, received gold medals, a trophy and a cash prize of GHc 4,000. Dansoman Hurricanes, who placed second,  received silver medals, a trophy and a cash prize of GHc 3,000.

The third positioned team, Cosmos Buffaloes RFC, was also presented with bronze medals, a trophy and a cash prize of GHc 2,000.
