Burkina Faso vs Ethiopia rescheduled for Oct. 10

Due to the unstable political situation in Burkina Faso, the Burkina Faso – Ethiopia second round first leg clash of the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup Papua New Guinea 2016 qualifier has been rescheduled for Saturday, 10 October 2015 at the Municipal Stadium, Ouagadougou.  

Hence, the match will not be played on Saturday, 3 October 2015 as initially announced. 

The first leg was originally scheduled to take place on the weekend of 25-27 September 2015 in Ouagadougou.

The winner after two legs will face either Equatorial Guinea or Ghana at the third round.

Two teams will qualify to represent Africa at the final tournament in Papua New Guinea in 2016.
