The First Ever Mayor Sponsored Accra Open Swimming championship will be held at the Legon pool side this Saturday 24th November ,2018 and its going to be a spectacle that will see most of the Ghanaian Swimmers in this particular competition. The Mayor of Accra who doubles as the Greater Accra Swimming President ( Hon. Adjei Sowah) is sponsoring this competition to unearth more talents in the country for the Swimming Association. Its a good deed coming from this noble man of integrity who understands what the sport is and is appreciating the need for more people to join swimming hence his decision to sponsor this competition.
The competition starts at exactly 8am and ends by 4pm on the same day. We are hoping the media will be there to make noise of this kind gesture from the Accra Mayor Hon.Adjei Sowah.
