Black Sharks Get invitation for 2015 Malindi International Beach Soccer Tournament
Ghana’s National Beach Soccer team, the Black Sharks, reputation on the international front continues to soar. The team, after impressing at previous international competitions coupled with a significant improvement in the latest FIFA beach soccer rankings, have become the toast of tournament organizers.
The Sharks have an opportunity to further enhance their already glittering image as a force to reckon with when it comes to beach soccer in the sub-Sahara Africa Region after being handed an invitation to participate in this year’s Malindi International Beach Soccer Tournament in Kenya.
The event, a four day tourney will run from December 16th, 2015 to December 20th 2015 at the Buntwani and Shella Beach grounds. East Africa
Beach Soccer power houses like Tanzania, Uganda, Zanzibar and host Kenya will together with Ghana be gunning for the crown and the price money of 500,000 Kenyan shillings.
